Cancellation Refund

1.2 In all ticket purchases and reservation transactions made via www.traveltoworld.com, National and International General Flight Rules, Flight Safety Rules, and the relevant airline’s carriage, ticketing, cancellation, change, and refund rules shall apply. The User accepts that Traveltoworld shall not be held responsible for situations such as flight cancellations, delays, refusal of the passenger or baggage by the airline, or deficiencies in passport or identity documents. Flight details are provided by the airline or system providers (GDS) and may be changed at the discretion of the airline.

1.3 Payment: Purchases can only be made using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit/debit cards through the 3D Secure security system. Traveltoworld reserves the right to request additional security verification in suspicious transactions and to cancel transactions if verification cannot be obtained.

1.4 Cancellation / Refund: The cancellation, refund, and change rules determined by the relevant airline apply to tickets. In any case, the ticketing service fee is non-refundable. Promotional class tickets generally do not allow cancellations, refunds, or changes. For economy and business class tickets, applicable rules may vary depending on airline policies.

1.5 Refund Process: Refunds for tickets that are eligible for a refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. The time for the refund to reflect in the bank or card account may vary depending on the bank or card program.

1.6 No-Show: In cases where the passenger does not show up for the flight (no-show), only airport taxes may be refunded as determined by the airline. Fuel surcharges and service fees are non-refundable.

1.7 User Responsibility: The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during transactions. The User bears all responsibility for issues arising from incorrect entry of name, contact information, flight date/time, etc. Tickets and reservations cannot be transferred to another person, and name changes are not permitted.

1.8 Flight-Related Issues: In cases of denied boarding, flight cancellation, delay, or involuntary downgrade/upgrade, the User should first contact the relevant airline. If no satisfactory result is obtained, or if the complaint is not answered within 10 days, the User may apply to the General Directorate of Civil Aviation. Traveltoworld has no authority or responsibility in these matters.

1.9 Passport and Visa Responsibility: Traveltoworld bears no responsibility for issues related to passport, visa, or travel documents, or for any cancellations or delays caused by deficiencies in these documents.

1.10 Force Majeure: Traveltoworld shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by force majeure events such as strikes, natural disasters, terrorism, war, infrastructure failures, or adverse weather conditions.

1.11 Notifications: Successful transactions are displayed on the website and mobile app. Notifications may be sent via email and SMS; however, Traveltoworld is not responsible for any delays or access issues in these services. The latest information and announcements provided by the airline should be considered as the primary source.
