ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES

Hereinafter referred to as the "Seller."
Buyer
The person who purchases the passenger transport ticket through www.traveltoworld.com website, mobile site, or mobile applications, whose name appears on the ticket based on the entered information, and who will receive the passenger transport service.
Hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer."
In case the credit card / bank card holder and the person who will receive the ticketed service are different individuals, both the person whose card is used to pay for the ticket and the person receiving the service are considered Buyers under this agreement. Both individuals accept and undertake to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from this agreement.
The Buyer declares and undertakes that the information provided is accurate and that they will comply with all the rules specified in this agreement and fulfill all obligations stated herein during the service.
ARTICLE 2 - WEBSITE
The website through which the Seller sells the "passenger transport ticket" under this agreement is www.traveltoworld.com website, mobile site, or mobile applications.
Any ticket sold on digital platforms other than the aforementioned website, mobile site, and mobile applications is invalid.
In this agreement, www.traveltoworld.com website, mobile site, or mobile applications are hereinafter referred to as the "Website."
ARTICLE 3 - SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the procedures and principles regarding the sale of passenger transport tickets and provision of passenger transport services by the Seller to the Buyer through the Website. In this regard, the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 4077 (“Law”) and the Regulation on Distance Contracts dated 27.11.2014 (“Regulation”) shall apply.
ARTICLE 4 - PRODUCT / SERVICE INFORMATION AND DELIVERY
The services subject to this agreement are the sale of electronic tickets for passenger transport by air through the Website and the provision of ticket sales services to the Buyer whose name appears on the ticket.
The ticket includes: Seller’s name, title, full address, phone number, internet access information, MERSIS number, main characteristics of the service, price, payment method, departure and arrival locations, travel date, departure time, and order details as finalized by the Buyer on the Website.
The ticket is sent to the Buyer’s email address. Upon finalizing the order, the Buyer is deemed to have received the ticket and accepted and undertaken to comply with the terms of this agreement.
ARTICLE 5 - BUYER’S COMMITMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Buyer provides electronic confirmation that they have read and understood all information regarding the passenger transport ticket, including its main characteristics, price, payment method, and delivery.
By purchasing the ticket, the Buyer agrees to comply with all rules in this agreement and fulfill all obligations.
If the Buyer fails to comply with the terms or fulfill obligations under this agreement, the Seller may terminate the agreement without notice and reserves all rights.
All damages arising from such non-compliance shall be borne by the Buyer.
Tickets purchased are personal and non-transferable. If it is determined that the person named on the ticket and the person using it are different, the Seller shall bear no responsibility and may terminate the agreement without notice.
ARTICLE 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As the provisions regarding "Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal and Obligations of the Parties" under the Regulation do not apply to Passenger Transport Services, the Buyer has no right of withdrawal.
ARTICLE 7 - CANCELLATION, REFUND TERMS AND GENERAL RULES
Cancellations, refunds, and changes are subject to airline company policies.
Tickets sold via our website, mobile site, or apps fall into three categories: Promotional, Economy, and Business Class. You can request cancellation or refund for Economy and Business Class tickets through our call center. Promotional tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable after purchase.
In certain cases, cancellation or refund may be subject to fees or penalties based on the contract at the time of purchase. For accurate information, please contact the airline. If you meet the conditions for cancellation or refund, only the service fee will be deducted. If less than 12 hours remain before departure, additional penalties may apply.
Refund/cancellation/change rules of your ticket can be reviewed on the relevant airline’s website.
For bus tickets, cancellation rules vary. Details are specified on the trip detail pages.
ARTICLE 8 - REFUSAL OR LIMITATION OF TRANSPORT
The airline may refuse to transport passengers/baggage for reasons such as:
- Passenger behavior, age, mental or physical condition requiring special assistance,
- Causing discomfort or risk to other passengers,
- Non-compliance with carrier instructions,
- Refusal of security check,
- Passenger under influence of alcohol or drugs.
In such cases, no refund or compensation will be provided. The airline’s rules apply.
ARTICLE 9 - ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED AS BAGGAGE
Firearms (except for hunting/sport purposes) and ammunition are prohibited as baggage.
Hunting/sport firearms may be accepted if properly packed and declared.
Items improperly packed or hazardous will not be accepted.
Illegal substances (e.g. drugs) are strictly prohibited. The carrier bears no liability in such cases.

ARTICLE 10 - ANIMAL TRANSPORT
Animals (except dangerous breeds) with valid documents may be transported with prior approval.
The passenger assumes all responsibility regarding the animal, including any refusal of entry or transit.

ARTICLE 11 - CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS
No changes to passenger, date, time, or route may be requested after ticket confirmation.
No refund is given if a passenger is denied boarding due to visa or authority issues.

ARTICLE 12 - WEBSITE TERMS OF USE
All rights over the Website belong to the Seller.
By using the site, users accept the terms.
The Seller may change terms without notice.
The Website may contain links to third-party sites. The Seller does not guarantee their content and bears no liability for their use.
ARTICLE 13 - PRIVACY
Privacy Policy
Personal data provided to the Seller are used per the Privacy Policy.
Data Collection Procedure
Personal data are collected for:
- Reservation and sales processing,
- Marketing,
- Statistical analysis,
- Maintaining contact,
- Identity verification.
Forms are protected by SSL.
Buyers are responsible for keeping reservation codes confidential.
Buyers are responsible for credit card security. The Seller bears no liability for misuse.
ARTICLE 14 - JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
Turkish Law applies.
Istanbul Anadolu Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 15 - AMENDMENTS
The Seller may amend these conditions at any time.
ARTICLE 16 - VALIDITY
By confirming the order, the Buyer accepts all terms herein.
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
