TERMS OF USE
Unless an alternative financial arrangement has been agreed upon, all services must be paid for by the CLIENT to TRAVELTOWORLD at the time of booking. Therefore, TRAVELTOWORLD will confirm the reservation once full payment has been received from the CLIENT. Payments shall be made in the currency indicated on the invoice, as follows: If payment for the booking is not received by the agreed date and method, or if all conditions are not fulfilled, TRAVELTOWORLD shall automatically cancel the reservations without the CLIENT and/or the end consumer having any right to claim any service or amount from TRAVELTOWORLD due to such termination. TRAVELTOWORLD shall receive the net price on time, and the CLIENT shall bear any costs arising from the payment. Therefore, any shortfall in payment due to bank charges or currency conversion shall be paid by the CLIENT. For any unpaid amount related to the provided services, TRAVELTOWORLD reserves the right to claim and collect all costs incurred by TRAVELTOWORLD, in addition to full payment with interest (EURIBOR + 1.5 points annually).
CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES
These Terms and Conditions do not replace but supplement and complement the above Terms and Conditions. In case of any conflict between the general and specific Terms and Conditions, the latter shall prevail.
Accommodation Services (Non-group bookings): Special conditions for children are agreed with each service provider individually and are not based on any general criteria. Therefore, given that each establishment/provider applies its own special conditions or discounts, the CLIENT must inquire about this point when making the reservation. Such discounts or special conditions should be understood to apply only when children share a room with two adults.
Cots / Cribs: If this service is required, it must be specified at the time of booking as such items may have limited availability in some establishments. This extra service may be payable directly by the end consumer at the establishment if necessary.
Third Person in Accommodation Services: Almost all hotels consider reservations for a third person as a double room with an extra bed. Since this may vary depending on the hotel, please check applicable surcharges and/or discounts for an extra bed for an adult. Availability must be ensured by the CLIENT at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in the unavailability of an extra bed at the hotel, without any right for the CLIENT to claim any service or amount from TRAVELTOWORLD.
No-show in Accommodation Services: If the end consumer fails to show up at the accommodation without prior notice, it shall be considered a cancellation. No refund shall be made to the end consumer in the case of a no-show without the express permission of TRAVELTOWORLD.
Changes: The CLIENT may not shorten the reserved stay, change the requested service, or change the names of the end consumers after booking unless expressly authorized by TRAVELTOWORLD. Such changes will be considered as cancellations. Extensions of the stay are subject to availability, and the price will be adjusted accordingly.
Cancellations: In the event of cancellation of tourism services purchased through TRAVELTOWORLD, the CLIENT shall have the right to a refund of all amounts paid, less any applicable cancellation fees.
In cases of no-show or early check-out, the accommodation may charge the full amount of the original booking, and no refund may apply. Reservations made through TRAVELTOWORLD may be canceled without penalty in the event of force majeure.
CLAIMS AND LIABILITY
CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY:
The CLIENT shall be responsible for the behavior of its end consumers in cases of abnormal behavior, vandalism, or abuse. TRAVELTOWORLD and/or the service provider reserve the right to cancel the accommodation or booking of the end consumer.
TRAVELTOWORLD'S RESPONSIBILITY:
TRAVELTOWORLD acts as an independent intermediary and not as an agent in the contract of accommodation and other services. Therefore, it shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, loss, accident, theft, delay, or other irregularity that may occur. The CLIENT undertakes to submit any claims directly to the service provider.

OWNERSHIP AND OTHER RIGHTS
The CLIENT acknowledges that all elements and intellectual property rights on the TRAVELTOWORLD website belong to TRAVELTOWORLD. The use, copying, modification, publication, or distribution of these elements without the prior written consent of TRAVELTOWORLD is prohibited. TRAVELTOWORLD reserves all legal rights in the event of such violations.
